Salary: according to experience
To start: 1st September 2026
Application Deadline: 12th April 2026
This September, The Bulmershe School is taking an exciting step forward with the opening of our brand new Specialist Resource Base. We are looking for an inspiring and dedicated SEND Teacher to join us at the very start of this journey, specifically supporting pupils with Moderate Learning Differences (MLD).
This is an opportunity to help shape a new provision that empowers students to build independence, resilience and a clear path toward a successful adulthood. In this role, you will take the lead on planning and delivering a curriculum that is both ambitious and inclusive, ensuring that every student in our Resource Base has the tools they need to thrive academically and personally.
Working under the supportive guidance of our Resource Base Lead and SENDCo, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of Teaching Assistants and external specialists to provide a truly holistic education. If you are passionate about making mainstream content accessible and meaningful for pupils with MLD, and you want to be at the heart of a new specialist setting, we want to hear from you.
